Mindfulness in the workplace

Mindfulness is the attitude of fully paying attention to the present moment. In this corporate COURSE directed by Andrés Martín, co-founder of the esMindfulness Institute, we will develop three skills that will help you focus on the present moment with acceptance and interest: intention, experience and kindness. Andrés Martín


Andrés Martín holds a degree in Sciences from the University of Navarra and a Master’s in Business Management from the University of Deusto. He has a Diploma in International Business Management from INSEAD and a PhD in Psychology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. He is the Co-Founder of the esMindfulness Institute and has introduced the MBSR program in Spain. He is a specialist in Mindfulness programs on Stress Reduction, Leadership, Organizational Learning and Transformation. He collaborates with businesses, hospitals and universities on research and teaching projects, giving seminars to over a thousand people every year.
