In this COURSE, we offer a guided and engaging multimedia online experience for you to light your last cigarette.

In reality, though, the odds are against us: less than 5% of people who try to quit smoking succeed. They try to quit immediately, with nicotine patches or even hypnosis. No matter the method, the truth is that quick solutions don’t usually work. It’s about time we stop doing it wrong.
